Meet the Dentists
Dr. Sharvil Shah, DMD, FAGD, AFAAID
Dr. Sharvil Shah is dedicated to providing customized dental care that delivers long-lasting, natural-looking results. He takes the time to understand each patient’s needs and creates treatment plans designed for comfort and success.
A graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, Dr. Shah has pursued extensive continuing education, earning recognition as a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). He is also a graduate of the prestigious Kois Center, reflecting his commitment to clinical excellence.
Dr. Shah specializes in implant dentistry and is one of the youngest Associate Fellows of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AFAAID). From single-tooth implants to full-arch restorations, he provides advanced solutions to restore both function and aesthetics.
He also brings leading-edge technology to Dental Arts, including iTero digital scanning and 3D cone-beam imaging, ensuring precise, efficient, and comfortable care. Outside the office, Dr. Shah enjoys traveling and spending time with his fiancée and dogs.
Dr. Kyle Detavernier, DDS
Dr. Kyle Detavernier is known for his friendly, patient-focused approach and comprehensive dental expertise. He strives to make every visit stress-free while delivering high-quality results.
He earned his degree in Human Biology from Michigan State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy. After practicing in Cincinnati, he returned to Michigan to be closer to family and community.
Dr. Kyle is a member of the American Dental Association and continues to expand his skills through advanced training, including dental implants with ZimVie. He has experience in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign®, extractions, bone grafting, and root canal therapy.
He is also passionate about giving back, having participated in dental mission trips to Guatemala to serve underserved communities. In his free time, he enjoys golf, hockey, traveling, and cheering on Detroit sports teams.
Dr. Samuel Fandino
At the age of 23, Dr. Fandino graduated the youngest in his class from the University Of Detroit/Mercy School Of Dentistry in 1994. He has been faithfully serving the dental needs of Metro Detroit ever since. With years invested in continuing education, Dr. Fandino has trained in performing procedures that many other dentist often refer out, including periodontal surgery, implant restoration, root canals, and complex full mouth rehabilitation.
In the area of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Fandino has decades of clinical experience in blending natural esthetics with healthy function. He will be happy to show you before and after photos of the countless cosmetic cases he has completed throughout the years. His goal is to give you the exceptional smile you've always wanted, and he has the skills, patience, and experience to deliver.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Fandino has a wide array of interests. He enjoys performing as a professional musician. He has performed in many local bands and shows throughout Metro Detroit. In 2000 and 2001, he represented Michigan in Guitar Center's Guitarmageddon Midwest Regional Finals guitar contest 2 years in a row. Dr. Fandino also holds a blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do and has been practicing martial arts for over 30 years. Strong in his Christian faith, he is very happily married and has 2 beautiful twin daughters. Dr. Fandino is also bilingual and speaks Filipino (Tagalog) fluently. He enjoys physical fitness, cooking, recording in his music studio, and spending as much time with his family as he can.
